Big country house with 4 large bedrooms in a great location between Villena and Caudete with great access.
There is a large covered terrace at the front of the property which offers shade from the heat of the hot summer months and provides an excellent area for outside dining and there are more exterior dining areas in the gardens.
The swimming pool needs attention as it was originally a water deposit. It can be tiled or simply painted with the appropriate paint that is available in every hardware store.
Inside the property is a large lounge/diner with a big feature log burning fireplace. A decent kitchen with fitted units, four bedrooms and a bathroom.
At the side of the house are steps leading up to a massive roof terrace which is not overlooked and affords superb views across the countryside. Also, in the land is a "trastero" or storage house which is just about large enough to make into extra accommodation but is perfect to use in the same way as you would a shed in the UK. There is also an outdoor BBQ area with a sink and good sized kennels.
The immediate area around the house and gardens are fenced and there is a further 4,000m2 of land suitable for olive or almond trees. There is a neighbour in the land behind the house but he is usually only there at weekends, he is a really lovely guy who keeps an eye on the house although it is in a very safe and tranquil area.

Caudete offers a great landscape diversity where the vegetation typical of the Mediterranean forest dominates: Aleppo pine, pine, Holm oak and Kermes oak, with great variety, also of shrubs and aromatic plants. The most beautiful natural area of Caudete is Sierra Oliva, more commonly called Sierra Santa Bárbara. Despite it being over 1,000 metres the ascent is gentle and has several routes for both hiking and cycling.
