Getting a foothold in Spain at present is not easy, things have changed from when you could pick up country properties at a bargain unless you want to live in the middle of nowhere and run everything off a generator and wait for the water to be delivered. This quaint little cave house is only 5 minutes drive from the prosperous town of Pinoso. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom, a small kitchen with a gas stove,1 bathroom, a lounge/dining room with a log burner for the winter and a small pantry. The property has just been rewired and represents great value. When I say "small kitchen" I suggest you don´t bring a cat to swing because in typical Spanish fashion the cooking is mainly done outside on the BBQ whilst the house fills with the gorgeous aromas of the meats sizzling away.

Outside there is a really good sized patio area that so much more can be made of and a garage that has been converted into another room which is being used as a storage/laundry room at this present time but could be converted into another bedroom.

The property includes a small piece of land to the side of the house as well with a few almond trees, imagine relaxing on the terrace with a chilled glass of wine from one of the many local bodegas whilst cracking open your own almonds waiting for the food on the BBQ to be ready.
