Lovely Reformed 2 Bed Villa in a great location that is private and tranquil. Offers are invited.

Big plot of nearly 2 acres with a pretty driveway up to the house where there is parking for about 20 cars if you fancy throwing a big party and inviting the town.

There are a number of olive and other fruit trees but the land has not been tended and looks unkempt and in need of a bit of TLC. There are an abundance of gardeners available if you are more the relaxing on the terrace with a beer/glass of wine type and prefer to watch others working.

The aforementioned terrace is superb, a large covered space offering abundant shade form the hot summer sun and loads of room for a dining table and chairs and a place where you would imagine spending a lot of time relaxing and keeping an eye on those gardeners.

The interior is completely reformed and looks like a show house. A big lounge/diner with a feature fireplace is kept cool by Air Conditioning as are the bedrooms. The kitchen is typically Spanish size as most of the cooking is done outside on the BBQ and the bathroom is brand new.

Also in the land is a private Swimming Pool which, admittedly, needs some work to bring it back to its former glory and there is a chicken house and an underbuild to the terrace that can be cleared out and used as a large storage room.

The views from the property are excellent and with the exception of the four trains per day that go past on the other side of the land it is such a peaceful and tranquil place.

Monovar is a lovely small town of around 12,000 inhabitants including a small Ex-Pat community. Like all of the inland Alicante Region towns the people are warm and friendly. 

There are some really nice individually owned shops and at least three Supermarkets and a weekly market. 

The town is full of cafes, bars and restaurants and there are some lovely public areas.
