A quality build and in walk-in condition with a conservatory that is superb, a very large area that traps in the winter sunshine and has new double glazed sliding windows that can be opened up in Summer to allow the mountain breeze to flow through.
If location is what you are after then this is the house for you. It is about one minute from the Sax to Salinas road and you can easily walk into Salinas along the quiet back road. Views are exceptional and include the salt lakes at Salinas.
Security gates and privacy fencing open to a compressed concrete driveway with lots of parking space and at the side of the house is a three-car high-quality carport.
Entry to the house is via the exceptionally large conservatory that has a log burner for winter so that the space can be used all year round. On the day I visited there was to be a family meal for 32 people and space was not a problem. The views from the conservatory are to the side the mountains and countryside and to the front the lovely gated pool which is 8 x 4.
The pool has been built on a plinth with a very decent sized terrace and has been made secure from small children by the lockable gate. Underneath the pool is a huge underbuild for storage.
Inside the villa, it is traditionally Spanish with a large lounge/diner, lovely kitchen area, a fully fitted bathroom and three good sized doubñe bedrooms.
The land is full of olive and almond trees and is easily maintained. This is a lovely villa that has now been reduced to only 125.000€
