What a fabulous property this is, although in need of modernisation it is walk-in condition and is structurally very sound. 

Located just outside of the lovely town of Sax where there are many restaurants and cafes to choose from along with three supermarkets and a great market on a Monday morning. Sax is one of the castle towns and is only 30 minutes’ drive from Alicante Airport and 35 minutes to the nearest beaches. 

Very quiet area but with neighbours this is a great opportunity to live in the countryside but to have the town at your doorstep.
